Fund transfer via any of the online methods are usually real-time. If executed correctly, processing time should be less than 5 minutes.

I MADE A TRANSFER BUT MY ACCOUNT BALANCE HAVENT BEEN UPDATED

The processing time for online transfers can take up to 10mins and more time needed for offline transfers.

If you have made a transfer and waited longer than the processing time but is certain that the funds have already been debited from your bank account, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

V9BET RETAINING / RECORDING MY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION

All fund transfer processes are performed outside of V9BET's platform, transfers are either directly executed from your bank or via third party providers who comply with strict data protection, encryption and security.

WITHDRAWING FROM MY V9BET ACCOUNT
